Customers Share Their Favorite Garry’s Grill Menu Item

We asked, and you responded. And, for that we are thankful! Not sure what we are talking about? We took to Facebook to get your opinion. Much like back in the day when folks sat and chatted on front porches, Facebook is today’s modern meeting place. We got the conversation started with one simple question, “What is your favorite Garry’s Grill menu item?” The response was more than we could have expected! Thanks so much to everyone who spoke up, we love hearing from our customers!

The Garry’s Salad

While there were many dishes called out as favorites, seems like the majority likes it delicious, fresh and healthy. The Garry’s Salad received the most mentions. The salad starts with mixed greens, topped with candied pecans, Gorgonzola cheese, pears, strawberries, and a homemade Maple Champagne vinaigrette. The hardest part is figuring out how to top it: chicken, coconut shrimp or salmon. Well, whatever you choose, this is a refreshing salad packed with a healthy punch.

Eggs Benny & Breakfast Tacos

When it comes to breakfast, according to our fans the potatoes with melted cheese and bacon and Eggs Benny are hands down the top picks. With six choices, there is a selection for whatever you are craving. Another breakfast favorite is our Breakfast Tacos. These are three flour tortillas stuffed with scrambled eggs, chorizo sausage, peppers, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese and served with homemade salsa.

Crab Fondue

Many of you mentioned how much you love the Crab Fondue, which is our version of a Maryland Favorite: Crab Dip. For us Marylanders, we know and understand that there are certain things that you should only eat in Maryland. And, Crab Dip is one of them. While other parts of the country may try, no one comes close to what the Chesapeake has to offer. For our Crab Fondue, we create a rich cream cheese mixture with fresh crab meat, artichoke hearts, and spinach, baked with cheddar cheese served with toasted French bread.

Chicken Pot Pie

We love hearing directly from you, but we also asked our staff what seems to be super popular with their customers. Over and again we hear the same thing: Chicken Pot Pie. Who doesn’t love this comfort food staple? Whether we are deep into the chill of winter or the middle of the sweltering summer, it doesn’t matter. This craving knows no season. Homemade creamy pot pie filling with fresh chicken breast, potatoes and vegetables, topped with a flaky pie crust and baked until golden brown. Mmmmm, just the thought of it gets our mouths watering!

Bacon

And lastly, we want to mention that among all the dishes we offer we did have one customer who stated his favorite Garry’s Grill menu item in one word. Bacon. Look, we don’t judge. In fact, we can certainly agree. Above everything bacon is delicious. And versatile. It is both a meat and a condiment. So, while we are a bit biased, and find every meal to be our favorite Garry’s Grill menu item, there is one thing we think we can all agree on. Bacon. ‘Nuff said.
