We want to make it easier for those with serious allergies or dietary restrictions to be able to enjoy a meal out without having to worry about their gluten intake.
This means our Gluten-Free Menu doesn’t include grains from any wheat, barley, rye or any hybrids or varieties of these grains. Grains have a protein called gluten, and those with Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivity are unable to digest or break down the gluten protein found in wheat and other certain grains. You’ve probably noticed that in recent years the gluten-free has been a buzz word and while it sometimes is a choice for some, others don’t have a choice.
