Read more →For 13 years, our main cook, Fabian, has been an extremely valuable employee and a vital part of the team. Fabian started working at Garry’s over a decade ago when a friend told him about a job opening at the restaurant. He was hired as a dishwasher on Sunday mornings and Monday nights and also organized the walk-in refrigerator. Throughout the years, Fabian worked hard, learned a few tricks of the kitchen, and waited for the perfect opportunity to move up in the kitchen. One day, Eddie needed a full-time prep guy and Fabian immediately stepped up to help. Since then, Fabian has worked with the original owner, Garry for 3 years and has spent the last 10 years working alongside Eddie. Without Fabian, Garry’s Grill just wouldn’t be the same.
